We have a number of our own properties advertised for sale, and we are legally Registered to Buy and Sell Property in Portugal. We do not charge the buyer or the seller a commission. A set fee is paid by the seller only if their property is sold as a direct result of advertising their property through our website. We are currently paying for our Translator to qualify as a Licenced Estate Agent. She has worked with us for a number of years and is competent in all aspects of buying and selling properties. |
