Where needed we can provide an Interpreter, or if our client so wishes, they are free to employ their own interpreter.

Having lived in this area for over 10 years, and being involved ourselves, in the buying, renovation and re-sale of properties,
we have built up a trust and rapport with the local community as well as a good working relationship with local professionals.

We have a number of our own properties advertised for sale, and we are legally Registered to Buy and Sell Property in Portugal.

We do not charge the buyer or the seller a commission.
A set fee is paid by the seller only if their property is sold as a direct result of advertising their property through our website.

We are currently paying for our Translator to qualify as a Licenced Estate Agent.  
She has worked with us for a number of years and is competent in all aspects of buying and selling properties.
