Must bring water and picnic (lunch or light lunch
meat sandwiches, fruit and energy bars and / or
cereals). Is necessary to bring suitable footwear,
cat feet (optional) or running shoes, comfortable
clothing to carry out the movements of climbing
freely, sunscreen
